Here is something for your little one who is bored of wearing costumes of spider man, witch or vampire. You don’t have to be too good at dressing or a super mom to dress up your kid. Hershey Kiss costume is something unique which not many people have tried it out on their little ones, so why not you are the first among all and stand up to be the unique in the Halloween party? You can make a Kiss costume all by yourself at your own home. Here are few simple tips on how to make the Kiss costume at home.

Get a colorful fabric that might best suit your little kid. Make appropriate measurements at the shoulder, from top to bottom, shoulder to knee measurements and width. Double the width as that of shoulder length. You should have two identical pieces of clothing. Next is just to cut the fabric according to your measurements.

Just hem the two corners of the fabric one inch at each ends. Sew both top and bottom of the fabric. This gives a very good finishing to the clothing. Make a tube to put the string. Always make sure that you are careful in stitching the shiny portion of the fabric onto the upper side at both the sides. Make the arms a bit loose so that your child feels comfortable wearing it.

Now cut the silver ribbon and stitch it all along the two sides of the clothing. Make sure that the ribbon comes outside and gives a hanging feel to the cloth. Now make your child to wear this dress and pull the strings to tighten it so that the dress won’t fall off from your kid’s neck. Also attach a plastic swinging ring at the waist. Prepare ribbon for the hat and decorate it with the silver ribbon that you have cut already. You can wear this costume with a pair of white long sleeved shirt and pants.
